The Office of General Services developed and distributed its first Strategic Plan in 1999. The Plan focused on three improvement goals: Daily Performance, Customer Service, and Human Resource Initiatives.
In concert with the OGS commitment to improved customer service, currently there are display boards in the lobbies of the buildings we operate and maintain throughout the state. These displays publicize the OGS Customer Service Standards. Also attached to the displays will be a supply of Customer Comment Cards. These cards will provide the opportunity for our customers to suggest service improvements, render an opinion, register a complaint or send a compliment.
