Description:
This is an award for the reseller for Microsoft software
including Select, Education Select, Enterprise Agreement, Campus
Agreement and School Agreement, collectively known as Microsoft
Custom License Agreement (CLA) 6.0 as well as Microsoft Press and
Volume License disks and Documentation (Fulfillment). See the
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section for a complete
description of the program and benefits. Purchase orders placed
and use of product licensed under this award are governed by the
terms and restrictions set forth in the various documents that
make up the (CLA) agreement. Authorized Users are advised to read
those documents to determine their rights and responsibilities
under this contract.
