Description:
This award establishes a single, statewide contract for the complete Avaya of interactive voice systems and associated peripheral equipment and maintenance. Avaya has agreed to extend the terms of this contract to certain non-profit colleges, universities and other organizations and provided for in the Education Law, Transportation Law, State finance Law, Not-for-Profit Corporation Law, Chapter 741 of the Laws of 1985 and as amended by Chapter 90 of the Laws of 1992, and certain charitable organizations. Contract PT59503 under Award 10364 for the purchase of new Avaya Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Systems expired as of 1/23/2008. Avaya is responsible to provide repairs & maintenance (including Moves, Adds & Changes [MAC’s] under contract PS59504 for systems previously sold under this Award until January 23, 2011
