Description:
This award establishes a single, statewide contract for the complete New England Systems and Software product line to include video conferencing systems and equipment, servers (bridges), hardware and software with H.320 and H.323 standards, as provided by the individual manufacturer to be furnished on a term contract. New England Systems and Software, Inc., has agreed to extend the terms of this contract to certain non-profit colleges, universities and other organizations and provided for in the Education Law, Transportation Law, and State finance Law, Not-for-Profit Corporation Law, Chapter 741 of the Laws of 1985 and as amended by Chapter 90 of the Laws of 1992, and certain charitable organizations. Contract PT59524 under Award 02035 for the purchase of new NES Video Conferencing Equipment & Systems expired as of 1/1/2008. New England Systems is responsible to provide repairs & maintenance (including Moves, Adds & Changes [MAC’s]) under contract PS59525 for systems previously sold under this Award until January 1, 2011.
