Description:
This award with Unisys Corporation is to provide consulting services for their installed and new customer base. This contract is for use by Unisys customers in State Agencies, Local Governments, authorities and all others authorized by law.
Please review the How to Use section of this contract. The consulting / technical services contract CMS1050 will require OSC approval for State Agencies on Transactions with a total expenditure of $50,000 or greater requiring the submittal of the Usage Review Report as part of the transaction document.
The Maintenance portion of this contract PS61986 will expire on 10/31/10 and will not be extended beyond this date. Refer to the Contract Update dated September 9, 2009 for more details.
This next requested change is found on the contract award summary page as well, it is a small description under the Usage Review Report form.
