Description:
The award is to provide State facilities and county correctional facilities in the western region of New York State with fresh bread and rolls. State agencies and county correctional facilities have the option of using the contract, using other State contracts, or using other purchasing alternatives consistent with their form, function and utility needs and established procedures.
